Mr. Rakesh Chandra Tiwari is a committed and dynamic professional in the Faculty of Hospitality & Tourism Management, contributing significantly to student learning, skill enhancement, and overall academic excellence. Encompassing over 10 years of combined academic, industry, and corporate experience. He also worked with many renowned hotels in the various departments of F&B service. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Hospitality & Tourism Management, and holds advanced qualifications including MTM and BHMCT. His research interest focuses on culinary tourism, sustainable tourism, and the traditional gastronomic heritage of Uttarakhand.
