Established in 1999 under the aegis of Modern Academy Educational Society, The Amrapali Group of Insitutes now known as Amrapali University is a highly ranked academic institution in the State of Uttarakhand.

In 1999, he, along with late Shri Ramesh Monga, initiated a transformative mission aimed at reshaping the landscape of higher education in Haldwani, nestled in the foothills of Nainital. Their goal was to enhance the availability of professional education options for students in this mountainous region. With remarkable energy and determination, they forged ahead, leading to the establishment of the Amrapali University Amrapali Group of Institutes in the same year, turning their vision into reality.

Undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate programmes are offered by AU,

which has more than 4000 students and more than 200 highly qualified faculty members from leading universities throughout the globe. The best university sees industry-academia collaborations as an essential feature of its curricula and teaching methods. It has a global reach thanks to agreements for student exchange and knowledge sharing with other universities, and it has won praise and recognition for its brilliance in upholding the highest standards of education at international fora.
