Amrapali Group of Institutes is now Amrapali University which was established in the year 1999 under the aegis of the Modern Academy Educational Society. The Group has been providing manpower resources to drive the country's growth engine since 1999.

Chairman Mr C.L Dhingra & Vice Chairman late Mr Ramesh Monga revolutionary vision was behind the establishment of this university as they were firm in their determination to change the lives of thousands of young people in the region by imparting employment-oriented, all-encompassing education. The seed that Mr. Dhingra and the late Shri Ramesh Monga sowed became a full-blown tree when the Amrapali University was given the title of State Private University in 2023 under Section of the UGC Act, 1956.
