"Mr. Pankaj is an experienced hospitality educator with over 16 years of expertise in academics, hotel operations, and skill development. He holds dual MBAs in Hospitality & Tourism and HR & Marketing, L.L.B, Bachelor’s in Hotel Management & Catering Technology. He is currently pursuing Ph.D. in Hotel Management. His core teaching area is Food and Beverage Service. He started his journey from Taj Palace Hotel New Delhi. He also associated with reputed educational institutions and skill development organizations, contributing to faculty training, student development, and curriculum enhancement. Mr. Pankaj has received national awards, including the Rashtriya Shikshak Samman 2025 from SM Foundation in collaboration with ISRO, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Sewa Ratan Samman and Vishwa Ratan Samman, for his contribution to hospitality education."
