Ms. Rana is an Assistant Professor of English Communication in the Department of Hospitality Management at Amrapali University. A graduate in English Honours from Delhi University, she holds a Master’s in English from IGNOU and a B.Ed. from Birla Campus, HNBGU. She brings two years of teaching experience, having recently served at GGIC, Srinagar Garhwal, and has also coordinated literary events at Delhi University.

CTET-qualified and certified in Creative Writing, Ms. Rana is equipped with contemporary pedagogical skills and focuses on enhancing communication and soft skills essential for the hospitality industry. Her academic interests include historical fiction and linguistic expression, and she is committed to fostering critical thinking and freedom of expression in her students—guided by Toni Morrison’s words: "Definitions belong to the definers, not the defined."
