Mrs. Kritika Tewari Pandey is presently working as an Assistant Professor with Department of Hospitality Management at Amrapali Institute of Applied Sciences. She has completed her Bachelors and Masters in Food Science and Nutrition from Banasthali Vidhyapith, Rajasthan. Having an experience of 4 years in the field of academics, she has keen interest in research and innovation in the area of Food Science and Dietetics. Earlier she was also associated as a dietician with PGIMER, Chandigarh. She has also participated in my conferences and seminars related to her field. Apart from that, she has several publication in various scopus indexed and UGC approved journals.
