He done MBA in finance and M.Com in Accounting, He qualify UGC_NET in Commerce and as well in Management, he also qualify USET Kumaun University in Commerce. His interest areas are Finance, Accounting and General Management, he has rich experience of more than 17 years in education and industry.

His area of research is Microfinance, rural development. He has worked and working on women empowerment (Social and economical), enterprise creation, SHG movement and Migration.
