Dr. Alpana Joshi is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Hospitality Management at Amrapali University. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Food Science from Rajasthan University, and a Ph.D. in Human Nutrition with a minor in Food Technology from Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Uttarakhand. With over four years of experience in diet consultancy, she previously ran her own online venture, HealthyBiome. Her academic and professional journey reflects a strong commitment to research and innovation in the fields of Food Science and Dietetics. Dr. Joshi has also been associated with Suvernada Foundation, an NGO based in Rudrapur, contributing her expertise to community-based initiatives. She has participated in numerous conferences and seminars and has two research publications in UGC-approved journals to her credit.
