Payment Modes

AGI has multiple options for efficient and easy mode of fee payment for its students. Different modes of fee payment are given here in below.

Online Fee Payment

AGI Students can make online payment of all fee related to Registration fee/ Academic fee/ Hostel & Other fee online through the following link:
For Payment via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS mode transfer the amount as per below details:

Note:
  • In case online payment is not successful, Students are advised to pay the fee through RTGS, NEFT or IMPS mode.
  • Please do not transfer the payment to any other bank account except the account mentioned above.

Other Fee Payment Option

  • Debit/Credit card swipe at Cash counter. Cash counters are located at AGI campus, Accounts section
  • Cash/ Demand draft deposit at Cash counter at AGI Campus
Please draw the Demand draft in favour of Amrapali Group of Institutes payable at Haldwani. Please mention your name, Registration Number and contact number on the backside.

Refund Policy

The fee refund to any specific programme is strictly as per Government Policies, a student is required to fill the refund form and submit the same with a request from their parents stating the clear reason for refund. The refund process in general takes minimum 30 days time period.
