Amrapali University Scholarship Policy

The scholarship in the form of Tuition Fee Concession will be awarded to the meritorious students and other specified category students at the time of admission and subsequent years with a condition of adhering to scholarship norms for students admitted in Academic Session 2024-25.

MERIT SCHOLARSHIP (Both for UG & PG):

The UG Scholarship will be admissible to students on the basis of marks obtained as:

  • For Science – Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English + Additional
  • For Bio – Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English + Additional
  • For Humanities – Geography, Economics, Political Science, English + Additional
  • For Commerce – Economics, Accountancy, Informatics Prac. + English + Additional

Additional Subjects – Physical Education, Hindi, Yoga, General Studies, Computer Science, History, Drawing, Music etc. English will be as one of the compulsory subject for calculating percentage for scholarship.

Note: For continuation in further year’s minimum 75% attendance is required and merit entry slab of 1st year needs to be maintained & in case of lower percentage next lower slab scholarship can be applied for. There should not be any back log in any subject (Theory and Practical) and scholarship will be adjusted in every even semester. Student should not have been involved in any indiscipline act.

Scholarship for Martyrs, Home Guard, Police, Para Police, Fire Police, Defense forces, Para military dependents (Both Serving & Retired):

Family Scholarship for Amrapali University Staff

Loyalty Scholarship

AU Scholarship for Female Students

Sibling Scholarship

Alumni Scholarship

(a) Will be awarded to those students who has been referred by Amrapali Alumni’s 10% (Tuition Fee)

Note:For continuation in further year’s minimum 75% attendance is required. There should not be any back log in any subject (Theory and Practical) and scholarship will be adjusted in every even semester. Student should not have been involved in any indiscipline act.

For continuation of scholarship in subsequent years, the student shall have to meet the following conditions:

  • Attendance should be 75% and above
  • There should not be any back log in any subject (Theory and Practical)
  • In Merit Scholarship, Merit entry slab of 1st year needs to be maintained & in case of lower percentage next lower slab scholarship can be applied for.
  • Student should not have been involved in any indiscipline act resulting in rewarding punishment in the Previous Year
  • AU Scholarship are subject for Management Board discretion and any changes if made, shall not be challenged for availing scholarships.
  • The students will have to apply for scholarship during / after enrollment and for continuation within one month of the declaration of their result. Only 1 (One) Scholarship at a time is applicable for every student other than Uttarakhand Scholarship.
  • In Merit (For UG): Scholarship will be admissible to students on the basis of marks obtained as:
    • For Science – Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English + Additional
    • For Bio – Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English + Additional
    • For Humanities – Geography, Economics, Political Science, English + Additional
    • For Commerce – Economics, Accountancy, Informatics Prac. + English + Additional
    • *Additional Subjects – Physical Education, Hindi, Yoga, General Studies, Computer Science, History, Drawing, Music etc.
    • (Best of five subjects with English as one of the compulsory subject for calculating percentage for scholarship.
